流感不同于普通感冒，是由每年都在變異的最新型流感病毒感染而發(fā)作，癥狀也比普通感冒嚴(yán)重很多，會(huì)全身酸痛、咳嗽、流涕、發(fā)燒等，甚至可以直接導(dǎo)致死亡，因此接種流感疫苗成為預(yù)防流行病爆發(fā)的必要手段。
世界衛(wèi)生組織（WHO）每年都會(huì)預(yù)測(cè)南北半球候選流感病毒，作為各疫苗企業(yè)生產(chǎn)疫苗的風(fēng)向標(biāo)。2月23日，WHO正式發(fā)布2024-2025北半球季節(jié)性流感疫苗推薦組分，以便各國(guó)和疫苗廠商研發(fā)生產(chǎn)流感疫苗。
三價(jià)流感疫苗毒株組分
Egg-based vaccines
? an A/Victoria/4897/2022 (H1N1)pdm09-like virus;
? an A/Thailand/8/2022 (H3N2)-like virus; and
? a B/Austria/1359417/2021 (B/Victoria lineage)-like virus.
Cell culture- or recombinant-based vaccines
? an A/Wisconsin/67/2022 (H1N1)pdm09-like virus;
? an A/Massachusetts/18/2022 (H3N2)-like virus; and
? a B/Austria/1359417/2021 (B/Victoria lineage)-like virus.
四價(jià)流感疫苗毒株組分
For quadrivalent egg- or cell culture-based or recombinant vaccines for use in the 2024-2025 northern hemisphere influenza season, the WHO recommends inclusion of the following as the B/Yamagata lineage component:
? a B/Phuket/3073/2013 (B/Yamagata lineage)-like virus.
